Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child in Independence, Missouri
Independence- Missouri, September 17, 2026.
A 22 years old missourian girl, by name Randi James, born on September 17 2003, allegedly told her boyfriend during an online conversation between them on chat that she sexually assaulted a young boy by forcefully putting his hand on her private part. The cat was let out the bag during an argument between them when the boyfriend threatened to expose her if she tries to leave her. I personally Jacob Makor, being her ex boyfriend witnessed this first hand during a chat with her as her boyfriend spiraled over her wanting to end their relationship. He got angry and confessed it that he’s going to expose her. In self defense, she admitted with a “yeah but it’s been a while ago”
This has raised serious concerns about child safety in Independence, Missouri.

Even though the incident might have happened a while ago as she claimed, the fact that this even happened in the first place is concerning and it’s something to look into as she’s still labeled as a sex offender.
Law enforcement agencies were never contacted at the time it happened so she was never punished for the act.
