A 38years old shameless Kentucky woman from Mount Sterling by name Debra Lynn Fugate, who just got out of jail, blocked and scammed a young guy over $98. They were both in a relationship when the young man mistakenly sent $98 from his cash app and asked her to refund it back but in return she lied her cash app was suspended and provided the young man with fake screenshot to back up her lies and then blocked him. It’s also noticed that she secretly used the money she scammed him of for drugs and alcohol and she’s supposed to be on probation.
This is to raise major awareness.
